WhiteTables Reseller Platform

A multi-tenant Laravel and Filament platform that gives a Dutch table maker's resellers branded sites with built-in 3D table configurators and quote requests.

Built a white-label platform for WhiteTables, a Dutch maker of custom tables. Every reseller gets their own branded website on a subdomain or custom domain, with the 3D dining table and coffee table configurators built in and quote requests sent straight to the reseller. One Laravel app serves every reseller, and the platform team manages them all from a single admin panel.

Technical Implementation:

  • Built the platform with Laravel 12, Filament 5, and MySQL
  • Multi-tenancy by hostname: middleware resolves each request to a reseller from its subdomain or custom domain, serves the platform’s own site on the bare domain, and returns 404 for unknown or suspended hosts, while a shared model trait keeps each reseller’s data separate
  • Per-reseller branding through CSS variables (font, primary and secondary colors, and button and field corner radius), applied to both the site and the configurator
  • A Filament admin panel where platform admins set each reseller’s name, domain, status, lead email, logos, favicon, brand styles, and company details
  • Ported the existing React Three Fiber configurators into the Laravel app and mounted them directly in the page, with every configuration stored in the URL so customers can share it
  • Quote requests are rate-limited, saved before anything else, and then trigger two queued emails: one to the reseller and a confirmation to the customer, so a failed email never loses a lead
  • 22 PHPUnit tests covering tenant resolution, branding, quote requests, queued emails, and admin access
